A man , believed to be in his 20s, has been rushed to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition after he was found outside a busy shopping mall in North York with gunshot wounds . Toronto police say they were called to Sheridan Mall in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area just before 8 p.m

A man was found lying outside his Third Ward home early Friday morning with several gunshot wounds , Houston police say. Officers found the 39-year-old male lying on stairs outside of his home in the 3300 block of Tuam.

A man, believed to be in his 20s, has been rushed to a trauma centre in life-threatening condition after he was found outside a busy shopping mall in North York with gunshot wounds. 

Toronto police say they were called to Sheridan Mall in the Jane Street and Wilson Avenue area just before 8 p.m. Friday for a shooting. 

When officers arrived, the victim was lying on the ground near the rear of the mall. It's unknown how many gunshots the victim suffered or where the shooting took place. 

No suspects have been identified.​

This is the second shooting to take place at Sheridan Mall this fall.

Last month, terrified shoppers ran for cover during the busy dinner hour at the mall as Jovane Clarke, 22, was chased inside in a hail of bullets in what police believe was a targeted shooting. Clarke died on the plaza's floor. 

Investigators are still working on identifying the four suspects and determining a motive.

Bihi, 29, was found with gunshot wounds inside a car that had been involved in a collision near Dixon Rd. and Islington Ave. West. at around 2:45 p.m. Thursday. He was rushed to the hospital in life-threatening condition where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the other vehicle involved in the incident apparently fled on foot.No information has been released about suspects. Investigators are seeking information from people who were in the area that day. Bihi is Toronto’s 47th homicide victim this year. With files from Bryann Aguilar.
