  Windsor teen charged with arson in Arthur Road garage fire Gavin Blok-Kavanaugh, 18, of Windsor, faces one count of arson. Police said that at the time of his arrest, he had minor burns and his clothes smelled of gasoline. Investigators believe the accused was in the company of a 20-year-old male who was discovered suffering from burns in the area of Milloy Street and Ellrose Avenue in Windsor’s east end around 2:40 a.m. Monday.The 20-year-old male had burns on his arms and legs — covering 35 per cent of his body.Although the burns were severe and the male was initially thought to be in critical condition, police said Tuesday that his injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Toronto police are searching for three people they believe are violent and dangerous after one of them allegedly doused two teenagers with gasoline and tried to set them on fire outside Agincourt Mall last week.

Police responded to a call for an assault in the mall parking lot shortly after 9 p.m. last Monday. Officers say two 18-year-old men were confronted by two men and a woman and got into an argument.

At that point, police allege one of the two men they're looking for got a can of gasoline from his car, poured the liquid all over the teens and tried to light them on fire.

The three people are described as between 20 and 30.

Police say if you see them, do not approach them and call 911 immediately.

The driver was not legally allowed to be driving, since in Quebec one must be at least 16 to obtain a driver’s licence.Just before 2 a.m., the teen lost control of the vehicle he was driving and crashed into a tree on Base-de-Roc Boulevard, according to Quebec provincial police spokesperson Sgt. Marc Tessier.
