  Man charged with second-degree murder in October stabbing death A 37-year-old Toronto man has been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly stabbing Henryk Dabrowski to death in an apartment building near the Scarborough Junction. Toronto police said the suspect was arrested on Wednesday. Dabrowski, 60, was found unconscious with “significant trauma” by officers at the Wakunda Pl. and O’Connor Drive-area apartment building on Oct. 28, 2017, police told the Star at the time. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination the following day found that Dabrowski had been repeatedly stabbed in the torso.

Peel Regional Police have charged a 36-year-old man after a female was found dead in a Brampton home early Sunday morning. Though a cause of death has not yet been determined, police say the victim was found suffering from obvious signs of trauma.

Police on Thursday charged a 33-year-old Georgia woman with five counts of murder after four of her children and her husband were found stabbed to death at their home in Loganville, a suburb of Atlanta.

A 29-year-old man has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder after two women were stabbed to death in a Brampton home late Friday, Peel Regional Police say.

Const. Rachel Gibbs, spokesperson for Peel police, said officers were called to a home on Starhill Crescent to check on the premises at about 10:45 p.m. on Friday. The home is in the area of Dixie Road and Sandalwood Parkway E.

When officers entered the home, they found two bodies inside with "obvious signs of trauma," she said on Saturday. Paramedics pronounced both women dead at the scene.

The victims have been identified as Baljit Thandi, 32, and Avtar Kaur, 60.

Man and woman arrested in connection with deadly stabbing of 86-year-old man . 86-year-old man stabbed to death in home , truck found. Eyewitnesses say the man was showing the home to two people in their 20's Friday. We will know more information after the Wichita Police briefing Monday.

Police say the accused is the husband of Thandi and that he was arrested inside the home.

A one-year-old child was home at the time of the incident and has been taken into the care of the Children's Aid Society, Gibbs said. The child was not injured.

'It was a stabbing incident'

Police declined to say if investigators have recovered a weapon.

"It was a stabbing incident, yes," Gibbs said Saturday. "It's still early and the investigation is still ongoing."

In a tweet, police said the incident is "isolated" and there are "no public safety concerns."
