Toronto Blue Jays relief pitcher Roberto Osuna will begin a rehab assignment on July 14. It will likely be with the team's Class-A affiliate in Dunedin, Fla., according to Sportsnet's Mike Wilner.

Osuna will be eligible to return to the majors from his 75-game suspension on Aug. 5.

The 23-year-old has not pitched since May 6 following an arrest. Osuna was charged with domestic assault and subsequently placed on administrative leave while the league investigated. He was suspended on June 22, with the ban covering the games he had missed in the interim.

His next court date is scheduled for Monday, July 9. He intends to plead not guilty to the charges.
