It may have been almost six months since Brock Lesnar failed multiple drug tests leading to his fight against Mark Hunt at UFC 200, but the hulking Samoan is still holding a grudge over everyone involved. After publicly voicing out his displeasure over the incident, the 42-year-old heavyweight has elected to file a civil lawsuit against the currrent WWE superstar, UFC president Dana White , and the UFC ’s affiliate company Zuffa LLC regarding their involvement in the doping issue.

Heavyweight fighter Mark Hunt filed a civil suit against the UFC , UFC president Dana White , and fellow heavyweight Brock Lesnar , ESPN's Brett Okamoto reports. Hunt filed the lawsuit in Nevada District Court on Tuesday in response to a series of failed drug tests by Lesnar , alleging the UFC partook in racketeering, and obstructed the results of the fight for its own benefit. "I want the UFC to understand it's not OK to keep doing what they're doing," Hunt told Okamoto.

"I want the UFC to understand it's not OK to keep doing what they're doing," Hunt said to Okamoto. "They're allowing guys to do this. They had a chance to take all the money from this guy, because he's a cheater, and they didn't.

"What message is that sending to the boys and girls who want to be a fighter someday? The message is, 'You just have to cheat like this and it's OK.' In society, if you commit a crime, you pay. Why is it different in MMA? It's hurt the business, so it's even worse. They need to be held accountable for this."

UFC heavyweight Mark Hunt still isn’t ready to forget the drug tests that Brock Lesnar failed ahead of their fight at UFC 200. He’s filed a civil suit against Lesnar , UFC president Dana White and the UFC . Hunt was defeated by Lesnar by unanimous decision on July 9, but the result of the fight was later rescinded when it was discovered Lesnar tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs on two occasions.

Lesnar originally won the fight against Hunt at UFC 200 by unanimous decision. After Lesnar failed multiple drug tests, however, the result was overturned to a no contest.

As a result of the violations, Lesnar was docked $250,000 (10 percent of the fight's $2.5-million purse), a point of contention for Hunt and his attorneys.

"Once we found out the penalty was only 10 percent of his purse, we went back to the UFC and offered to accept (Lesnar's) purse amount, less than the $250,000 penalty," Hunt's attorney, Christina Denning said, according to Okamoto. "We also wanted them to accept the clause moving forward.

"Mark says the penalties aren't harsh enough. What's interesting is that the penalties are harsh enough on paper, they're just not being enforced by the UFC."
