‘Flip or Flop’ Tarek El Moussa takes subtle shot at ex, new beau .
“Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa has a question for his ex Christina: “Why Him?” The HGTV reality star carefully chose the cover of the 2016 romantic comedy “Why Him?” for his most recent Instagram post with the caption, “OMG!!!" The subtle dig is most likely aimed at his ex wife and her new partner — the family's former contractor, Gary Anderson. Tarek also added, “If you are having a #rough day you #MUST watch this #movie!! I just #cried of laughter for two hours. #Top three movies #ever!!!!! #whyhim.” The post is quite relevant to El Moussa’s current personal situation, as the father of two filed for divorce this month following a whirlwind of ongoing claims suggested Christina was dating Anderson. The “Flip or Flop” leading lady confirmed the news this month, just days before Tarek officially filed divorce papers from her. Tarek’s rep did not return an email for comment from the Daily News on the true meaning on the post.
